After spending 20 years in the corporate world, Jennifer Armstrong decided to follow her passion of helping people live their lives to their full potential by training as a life coach. Jennifer has been trained by some of the best in the business: Martha Beck, Brooke Castillo, Abigail Steidley, Michelle May, M.D, and Christina Merkley.
After losing 40 pounds without counting calories or points, she is ready to share the way to lose weight for the last time: by listening to your body. As a Healthy Life Mind-Body Coach and Am I Hungry Licensed Facilitator, she has the specialized training and personal experience to back up her claim that it is preferable to use your body as the main tool to lose weight. While it is possible to use any food plan while practicing mindful eating, she will not advocate any particular food plan because you are the expert of your body.
Jennifer lives in Southern California with her husband, Tim, sons, Wade and Nicolas, and dog, Charlie.
